Our customers are welcome to use a remote control and support service – Komfovent Remote Desktop. This feature enables our service team to connect remotely to the servicing unit abroad and help solving the emerged problem.

 

Quick response guaranteed

We guarantee 8 working hours response to a customer‘s inquiry or the problem occured while starting the unit or during its maintenance. Contact service: service@komfovent.com.

Spare parts

In order to ensure fast delivery we stock wide variety of spare parts in our warehouse. For additional information and orders of spare parts please contact spareparts@komfovent.com.

 

Warranty and after sales

All air handling units manufactured by KOMFOVENT are covered by 2 year warranty. Standard warranty period can be extended up to 3 years (additional conditions may apply). For additional information and conditions about extended warranty please contact your country’s KOMFOVENT sales representative. Upon the end of warranty period, expenses incurred during the on-site visit by our after sales team will be invoiced to the client.
